Dear Ones,
Perhaps you feel depressed despite all that is evolving in your life. You note that others are suffering or in pain, and you not only wish them well but also worry that you will soon be next. That all you dreamed of will never come to pass.
You continue to wish for miracles that do not seem to happen. Even though there are many joyous moments and interactions throughout your day, none of them seem grand enough to reflect the joy we of the Universes have frequently outlined.
In truth, you are not noting the small things that happen daily. Whenever small joys appear, you might bathe in the deliciousness of the moment, not as a sign, but instead as merely breathing space for the ills of the world.
You deny your joy with expectations that soon all will be lost or that your life will become worse.
This is a transition crossroads. Even though you have passed several crossroads throughout your transition journey, this one seems more difficult than the others. Not because indicators are unavailable, but because you have difficulties acknowledging them. Your 3D PTSD continues to overwhelm many of you despite knowing that you can release it.
Even though you have wished your PTSD away, it lingers. Others have claimed their joyous new life. Yet the media news and your resulting actions speak of loss and fear rather than joy and peace. It is a glass-half-full or half-empty moment, and many of you are electing to look at your life as a glass half-empty.
Of course, you respond that this and this make you sad or mad. Instead of addressing that anger as a fleeting moment, you blow it out of proportion, treating it as the “sky is falling.” Nothing is further from the truth.
Perhaps it would help you understand where you are if you imagined building a new home on land with a dilapidated farmhouse. It is not until the foundation is poured, the walls are up, the rooms are painted, and the landscaping is completed that most of you can visualize the beauty of your new home. So it is now.
The farmhouse has been demolished, and the foundation and walls are in place, but you still need to decorate and landscape before your new life feels truly yours.
Do not fret. Your life of joy will happen as it has for many who have transitioned. It is just that your shift from doom and gloom is more cumbersome than it needs to be. Expect the best despite media indications to the contrary. For if you were to take a tally of your days, you would discover many heartwarming interactions and new interests you neglected to remember or notice.
This is no longer a time of doom and gloom. Your doom-and-gloom attitude is merely a carryover from your 3D life. Your 3D life is gone. What was is no more.
Perhaps you feel you need to rush into joy or hold on to fear. That is your choice. But the reality is similar to your range of emotions during puberty for those of you who did not achieve puberty as quickly as you wanted. Your new life in this new world will happen, just not as soon as some and more rapidly than others. You are not a slow learner or a new you reject. You are merely moving at the pace that is correct for you.
Allow yourself to accept your new reality, and larger and larger indicators will be displayed both because you are acknowledging them and because it is your time. So be it. Amen.
