We’ve just had several days of very high frequencies, creating another big shift, carrying us further into this new experience. We continue to go thru healing as well as release, and the strong frequencies are now specifically helping our physical bodies to evolve. We’re changing at the cellular level, and the accompanying background symphony in our ears is nearly nonstop. Sleep is patchy, dreams are unusual.
Along with this, there is so much taking place in the outer world that it can feel overwhelming, and it is very important now to remain as calm as possible, as our nervous systems are going thru enormous integration and change as we move into alignment with the new framework.
It’s key to keep our focus on what we are creating, not what we are leaving behind. This is our service now and it definitely requires mindfulness and a steady, heart-infused knowing. It is important to rise above the limitations of the old frequencies and enjoy what brings us happiness. We want to keep it light and light-filled. Bring light into everything you do. We are also asked to bring as much love as possible into what we are creating, and to hold this new space for all who are ready to begin to experience a different, more expanded way of being and perceiving the world. Here is our prayer: May everyone begin to see the world from a higher perspective and experience the incredible potential rising up now from our new earth. May everyone move into their sovereignty and magic. May everyone connect with their soul essence and begin to dream the new dream into being.
Remind yourself to stay in the heart consciousness.
The abundance of new light is creating great turmoil in the old world in order to manifest the shift. The ones holding all this light, and therefore the structure of the new, are the original creators, and they came here to do this. There is much change taking place within them, as they are receiving their original templates as they lead the way into this golden era.
Remind yourself to stay in the heart consciousness. The moment you move into it you can feel the difference. Your whole being lights up and relaxes. You feel the alignment. The heaviness falls away, leaving you in a beautiful vibrational frequency and the powerful mode of creation.
